Our client has an Associate Principal role, in their Abu Dhabi office. They are looking for an experienced candidate that would join their real estate investment team to cover European investments. The ideal candidate would have 3 to 5 years of experience covering principal investments in real estate at a large asset management firm or investment firm. This person should have relevant experience with real estate funds, real estate joint ventures, co-investments and manager selection. He / she should have knowledge of European market investment opportunities and although it is not required an understanding of the German language and German real estate market is a plus. A degree in business, finance or mathematics from a top-tier university is well considered. Included in this job would be a Tax-free expat package (salary + various allowances, bonus, relocation allowance, annual home leave ticket in business class (for self and family), full medical, schooling allowance for children).
