? Display and work on improvements for the stock accuracy level for all WMS accounts by-planning, monitoring and executing the system of cycle counting.? Oversee inventory and supply chain management according to company guidelines.? Perform critical inventory tasks to ensure the correct amount of items are in stock.? Maintain updated and accurate records of inventory, including transfers and cycle counts.? Review documentation and monitor product codes to search for discrepancies; troubleshoot quantity discrepancies between stock and records.? Develop and implement improvements to existing operational procedures in order to maximize efficiency and cut operations costs.? Review operations schedules and production requirements to ensure timely order fulfillment.? Track rates of accuracy, purchase, and return as well as defective items to inform quality control decisions.? Prepare, generate, and file financial inventory reports; review reports monthly.? Plan and coordinate monthly, quarterly as well as yearly stock-takes.? Generate and submit stock take reports for verification and validation.? Evaluate and provide explanations on all stock queries raised by the immediate supervisor.? Observe stock arrangement across the stores.? Manage regular inventory audits.? Input inventory data in to the computer system.? Make sure supplied stocks meet demand.? Monitor shipments, supervise inventory audits and maintain reports.? Create and handle purchasing and stock orders for incoming equipment, services as well as supplies.? Carry out any other related tasks as may be required.
