We are seeking an experienced project manager with proven experience in counseling students to prepare for and apply to global universities. This is a full-time position whose working hours are 12:00-8:00 pm, with some variation to this schedule depending on periodic needs.ÿThis is a dual role requiring experience as an Educational Consultant and as a project administrator.ÿUniversity Admissions Consultant RoleYou?ll work with students and guide them through the university readiness and application process using our proven process and tools. In this fully remote position, you will:úÿÿÿÿÿÿWork 1:1 and deliver group presentations.úÿÿÿÿÿÿEvaluate academic transcripts and make recommendations for growthúÿÿÿÿÿÿGuide students through careers and majors explorationúÿÿÿÿÿÿRecommend extracurricular and enrichment activities to position students for success in university admissionsúÿÿÿÿÿÿExplain college admissions and testing requirements and timelinesúÿÿÿÿÿÿDevelop target college lists based on student goals, profiles, and financial constraintsúÿÿÿÿÿÿAdvise on the components of a standout application: essays, resumes, activities lists, and portfoliosúÿÿÿÿÿÿMaintain comprehensive and efficient notes on student advising sessions for accurate and timely reporting.Project Manager RoleThe ideal candidate will also have experience managing teams and projects and will possess a strong aptitude for reporting, logistics, and project planning. In this capacity, you will:úÿÿÿÿÿÿReport directly to senior managers, clients, and key stakeholders on our global teamúÿÿÿÿÿÿImplement annual university guidance curriculaúÿÿÿÿÿÿCoordinate and deliver group university application and career guidance sessions virtually and onsite to students, as per the needs of the program.úÿÿÿÿÿÿRecruit and manage logistics for internal and external guest presentersúÿÿÿÿÿÿMonitor project implementation process, and assist in resolving issues that might arise duringúÿÿÿÿÿÿthe implementation and execution, project evaluationúÿÿÿÿÿÿMaintain fastidious records to document achievements and to ensure that projects are completed within the specified budget and timeline.úÿÿÿÿÿÿCollaborate with the team to provide a regular operational snapshot report, sending reports and associated spreadsheets to Internal management.úÿÿÿÿÿÿAdhere to policies, procedures, and ethical standards of the school counseling profession.úÿÿÿÿÿÿEnsure an inclusive, respectful, and collaborative team working environment.úÿÿÿÿÿÿPerform other duties as requested by direct reporting line managers/supervisors
