Provides back-up / support / investigation of various problems and advice to management about conditions of company offshore complex includes topsides and subsea facilities to archive safe, compliant, reliable operations over the short and long term. Inspect all new plants, expansion of offshore facility. Inspect equipment received from offshore for repair/manufacturing. Assess safe-working life durability of facilities.
