? Regular Surveillance/Inspection of construction activities as per Project Specification and test plan. Reporting to QA/QC Manager, on any major issues, which require immediate action.? Inspection of Wellhead Hydraulic control panel & Remote IO cabinets in Oil Well areas. ? Instrumentation material receiving Inspection with all relevant documents & Issuing material discrepancy reports for any deficiency.? Inspect and testing of all types of Instrument calibration as per specification (Bench Calibration and Field Calibration). Inspection for pressure testing of impulse lines. Witness for testing of valves (seat leak /stroke control).? Inspection of Field instruments, Fire & Gas Instruments marshalling cabinet, interface cabinet, control desk and low voltage distribution system, cable trays, conduit installation as per specification & IFC drawings.? Inspection of Multi Phase Flow meter & MOV.? Involved in Tie In works with the Control system. ? Inspection of PLDS system, JB installation, cable trays, cable laying /IR test and leak test of Instrument airline. ? Inspection of Fire protection system as per project specification. (Inergen /HSSD/FACP) ? Inspect all field instruments and junction boxes to ensure that they are installed in correct location as per IFC, ADCO, SHELL-DEP, PDO Spec, Aramco Standards, SATORP, IEC, ISA, IEEE, NEC/NFPA standards.? Issuing non-conformance report (NCR) for the discrepancies of works.? Conduct Quality Tool box talk to Supervisors / Technicians / Subcontractors.? Conduct daily site surveillance to observe the Area of concerns.? Responsible for punch point & Hold point clearance.? Store and maintain all quality records.CertificationsADNOC Approved Instrumentation Inspector
