Employment: Full Time Job Responsibilities:Meet and greet company visitors and walk-in customers appropriately.Determine visitor needs in a professional manner.Manage, assist and create orders for walk-in customers.Receive customer phone calls and deal with queries by providing accurate information using professional telephone etiquette.Deal with Tele-sales customer to increase daily sales and report back in SAPProvide general information about company products and services.Forward calls to appropriate person.Respond to all customer emails.Create sales Quotation, sales orders and follow with customer in coordination with outdoor sales team.Updating database frequently.Giving necessary supports to outdoor sales team.Receive and handle client complaints and give after-sales support when requested REQUIREMENTS: REQUIREMENTS:Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Competency in software applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook, (SAP will be an advantage)Arabic and English communication skillsEngineering background (Civil or Architect) is preferableKnowledge of AutoCAD software basics
