Roles & Responsibilities Oversee the installation of HVAC systems, ensuring all work meets industry standards and regulations. Conduct regular inspections of HVAC equipment and systems to identify potential issues and implement proactive solutions. Coordinate with project managers and other contractors to ensure seamless integration of HVAC systems in new constructions or renovations. Develop and manage a preventive maintenance schedule that minimizes downtime and maximizes system efficiency.Desired Candidate Profile High school diploma or equivalent required; technical diploma or degree in HVAC technology is preferred. Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in HVAC systems management, with a proven track record in a supervisory role. EPA certification for refrigerant handling is mandatory; additional certifications (e.g., NATE, HVAC Excellence) are a plus. Experience in commercial HVAC systems is preferred, with a strong understanding of both residential and industrial applications.
