? Monitoring implementation of HSE Policies, plans, guidelines and Strategies across the Company.? Being fully conversant with the HSE requirements of the country, company and customers and ensuring enforcement where required / applicable.? Preparation of preliminary and project HSE Management plans for contracts.? Planning and organizing HSE Audits, inspections and HSE Meetings in his jurisdiction, in consultation with the site management? Assisting the HSE Manager in reviewing and updating HSE documentation of the company.? Compiling and providing HSE related statistics for management information.? Ensure Project / Site HSE implementation.? Give guidance and advice to site engineers, supervisors and foreman on all work related HSE issues.? Organizing and implementing HSE related training programs for all personnel and conducting HSE Meeting as required.? Creating HSE awareness through posters, Wall charts and video?s.? Giving proper guidance to HSE Officers / Inspectors working in the company and projects.? Providing guidance to line managers in investigation of major accidents and if necessary being a member of the investigation team.? Interacting with the HSE Manager, Project Managers, Site Managers and client representatives on all matters pertaining to HSE.? Maintaining database of training details of all employees of the company.? Any other responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time.? Candidates having engineering graduation with DEWA approval for 132 Kv substation and cabling shall be given preference.
