* Implement HSE plan and procedures applicable to the project* Inspect all site activities, tools and equipment for the project, verify that is done according to safety regulations. * Enforcing the general safety rules, specific rules established for the project* Develop Activity risk assessment for the project activity prior to start* Identify root causes of the accident, incident and near miss and find appropriate corrective and preventive measures to prevent recurrence. * Conduct HSE Campaign and give awareness to the workforce * Monitor the works carried out with PTW and ensure all compliances are in place* Establishing and analyzing health and safety statistics * Conduct weekly, monthly meeting and provide adequate health and safety awareness to the workforce * Develop a safety program to fit job and local government requirements and to monitor the status and progress of the program.* Making frequent and unscheduled inspection of work in progress, and reporting hazards of unsafe practices* Planning, conducting monthly safety meetings and ensuring that safety meeting are rigorously applied in terms of equipment procedures and job content.* Ensure that employees follow approved procedure on health and safety aspects* Maintain the safety records and ensure posting of notices relating to safety.* Conduct emergency mock drill and provide awareness on emergnecy procedure to the workforce. * Maintain HSE records for compliance to fulfill client requirements as per OHSAS 18001 & ISO 14001 standard requirements. Note: Person holding valid offshore training certificates and OPTIMA will be added advantage.
