The successful candidate should have at least 4-6 years recruitment experience, 3 of which should have been spent recruiting within the UAE. As you will recruit from within the Construction (Consultant-Roads & Infrastructure), it will be advantageous to already have an understanding of this sector. In-house / talent acquisition experience is also required, and it is essential you are fluent in Arabic and English.
