? Responsible for classification of Job Position as per Company requirement. Undertake analysis and research regarding job evaluation, apply consistent application of job evaluation tools, and identifies benchmark jobs? Provides support to HR and management on the full spectrum of related activities such as job design and job description development ? Providing technical expertise in development, maintenance and implementation of job evaluation processes in line with Hay and Mercer Guideline? Design Performance Management by goal alignment, skills gap analysis? Develop KPIs for each positions and set performance measurements? Identify Key talents through skills assessments and roll out proper succession planning, considering various skill levels required for various positions across the organization? Develop Framework and structure for Talent Management System.? Design assignment tools to identify Technical & Behavioral Competencies for each job positions.? Develop retention & strategy tool? Develop, communicate and administer competitive total rewards strategies, including compensation, benefit programs that are cost effective and consistent with labor market trends and organizational objectives across MENA region (UAE, Oman, Iraq, Algeria, Egypt etc.)? Design, implement, and manage salary classification and compensation programs ? Design compensation packages and bonus programs that align with the company?s strategic plan? Conduct analysis of compensation and benefits within company.? Design Global stand HR policy for MENA region.? Organizes, and executes policy strategies to achieve Company goals? Reviews human resources-related policies and recommends revisions to such policies to preserve alignment with company culture.? Work cross-functionally with stakeholders such as legal teams, consultants etc? Monitor regulatory changes in markets and update existing policies as needed? Provides expertise on compliance best practices? Assists in the implementation and rollout of new global policies? Acts as global point of contact for questions regarding policies and related processes? Conducts regular audits of policy to ensure ongoing alignment with company values, people strategy and local regulations? Coordinates closely with teams across business lines to ensure alignment between policy and culture? Assists in reporting processes and metrics to evaluate policy efficiency? Liaising with Local agencies across all locations to ensure Compliance of local laws in each country.? Conducting Vendor performance analysis for MENA region and CSI Countries.? Ensure HR related compliance for formal Audits of major customers ISO Audit/ Customer Audits? Execute HR workshops on brigning clarity on HR policies, processes, employee benefits and eligibility.? Monitor and complies with personnel record keeping procedures for the purpose of ensuring compliance ? Drive payroll execution
