Job Description

HR CoordinatorJob Location : UAEKey Responsibilities:•Manage daily HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training initiatives.•Ensure adherence to UAE labor laws and healthcare regulations, emphasizing DOH compliance.•Oversee the recruitment lifecycle from job advertisement to candidate onboarding.•Maintain comprehensive and current employee records, including contracts, performance reviews, and training documentation.•Assist in formulating and executing HR policies and procedures that align with organizational objectives and regulatory standards.•Provide support and advice to management and staff on HR-related issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary measures.•Coordinate and deliver employee training programs to facilitate ongoing professional growth.•Support the rollout of employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace morale.•Collaborate with department leaders to identify and address HR-related needs and challenges.Qualifications:•Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.•A minimum of 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in the healthcare sector in Abu Dhabi.•In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and healthcare regulations, including DOH audit protocols.•Demonstrated experience in conducting and managing DOH audits.•Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.•Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.•Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.•HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is advantageous
