Senior Quantity SurveyorJob Location : Abu Dhabi, United Arab EmiratesRequirements:•Minimum 8-10 years of quantity surveying experience, exclusively with main contractors•Proven track record of managing commercial aspects of major construction projects.•In-depth knowledge of standard forms of construction contracts (e.g., FIDIC, JCT, NEC).•Strong understanding of construction methods and procurement.•Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.•Proficient in industry-standard software (e.g., Excel, CCS, Candy, CostX).•Bachelors degree in quantity surveying or related field.•RICS accreditation (preferred but not mandatory).
