Job Description

HR Responsibilities

  • Provide transactional support for employee life cycle events through partnering with internal HR teams.
  • Supervising accurate data records, support monthly payroll processing , executing and reconcile payroll figures with the finance department, ensuring audit compliance, providing staff guidance & procedures related to payroll and ensuring HR services provided are as per agreed service levels.
  • Performing the full cycle for onboarding and offboarding using SAP HCM and SuccessFactors, EC & Recruitment. Maintaining and updating records of employees using manual and computerized systems.
  • Responsible for processing and analyzing monthly employee expense claims/reimbursements and timesheets in accordance with internal policies and procedures.
Admin & Employee Services Related Responsibilities: Ensures all licenses, employees visa/EID are up to date and follow up with the PRO before expiry.
  • Complete, verify and process forms and documentation for admin of benefits such as medical and life insurance and leaves.
  • Support the HR Manager in all HR and Administration operational processes.
  • Provide guidance, direction and advice to the employees regarding employment related issues including, but not limited to, the interpretation of company policies & procedures, recruitment & selection strategy, performance management, terminations, strategic planning, training & development, and benefits administration.
  • Handle the on boarding processes of new recruits and there after checking and arranging all the documents required for creating their personal files as per the guided checklist
