DescriptionClient ProfileOur client is a well-established integrated FM services provider and we are recruiting an experienced Head of Operations for the multi-site FM operations based in Abu Dhabi to deliver the contractual KPIs and ensure the projects are efficiently and profitably managed.Role SummaryEnsure all service delivery for MEP, building services, housekeeping, security, concierge, laundry and administration at the client sites are contractually compliant and KPIs and SLAs are met and exceeded where possible by implementing and monitoring Contract Management Plans, PPM schedules and business continuity plans.Resource planning related to manpower, equipment and materials.P&L responsibility with a focus on developing and implementing initiatives to reduce wastage and improve cost efficiency.Ensure all sites are HSE&Q compliant and working towards to a zero-incident workplace and monitoring the effectiveness of emergency management plansWorking proactively with the sales and operations teams to secure contract renewals and extensions.Effective management of technical and non-technical outsourced services.Essential Skills & Experience Required10+ years experience in FM operations management for commercial and mixed use buildings with a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role in the UAE.Strong financial and commercial acumen.Proficient working knowledge of a CAFM systems.UAE / GCC driving license is essential.Candidate ProfileCurrently living in the United Arab Emirates.Fluency in English must be able to read, write and speak fluent English.
