Job Description

A leading government entity are looking for a Head of Corporate Compliance. As this entity is going through a growth phase, they need an experienced Compliance professional who has experience advising on compliance matters on transactions including M&As and JVs. You will have a team reporting into you.Key Requirements

  • You must be qualified lawyer from a Common Law jurisdiction
  • You must be at least 8+ PQE
  • You must have extensive experience advising on corporate compliance matters
  • Ideally have experience working with organisations that have gone through an IPO
  • You must be willing to live in/relocate to Abu Dhabi
