Job Purpose:Maintains and enhances the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices and reports to the Group Human resources manager.To assist and supervise a company or organization's hiring process, from recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new staff.Job Responsibilities:? Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.? Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.? Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.? Maintains a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions.? Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors.? Maintains employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management; directing the processing of benefit claims; obtaining and evaluating benefit contract bids; awarding benefit contracts; designing and conducting educational programs on benefit programs.? Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings. Must posses MOL labor law and UAE laws knowledge and expertise.? Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures to the group HR Manager.? Ensure historical human resource records are maintained for all employees on hard copy files & ERP software.? Must have the ability to prepare MIS reports, presentation and other forms of data reports regarding group company related information.? Maintains professional and technical knowledge and review professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.? Completes human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results due from department managers, employees of the group.? Maintains staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.? Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as and when needed.? Strictly Follows and maintains the hierarchy structure of the company and group departments.? Approachable and presentable to all types of tasks and requests by the Group HR manager and other group departments.Skills and Qualifications:? Bachelor?s degree in human resources management or equivalent.? Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.? Experience in educating and coaching staff.? Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes and workplace investigations.? Experience in following and maintaining workplace privacy.? Ability to give presentations and represent the group HR department.? Knowledge of relevant health and safety laws at work.? Experience using computers for a variety of daily tasks and reports.? Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
