Job SummaryThe Outbound Visa Consultant is responsible for assisting clients with visa applications, providing accurate information on visa requirements, ensuring document compliance, and delivering excellent customer service throughout the visa processing journey.Key Responsibilitiesú Advise clients on visa requirements and application procedures.ú High level of accuracy and attention to detail in handling documentation and client records.ú Review and verify visa application documents.ú Submit and track visa applications with embassies, consulates, and visa centers.ú Provide timely updates and support to clients throughout the process.ú Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with visa regulations.ú Stay updated on visa policies and travel requirements for various destinations.ú Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.Must be residing inside the United Arab Emirates and available to join immediately.SkillsQualifications & Requirementsú Minimum 2?5 years of experience in Outbound visa processing, travel consultancy, or a related field.ú Strong knowledge of visa requirements for major destinations such as Schengen countries, the UK,USA, ETA etcú Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple applications simultaneously.ú Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and online visa portals.ú Proficiency in basic office software and CRM tools; ability to learn new systems quickly.
