Responsibilities:Analyzes and posts daily business financial transactions.Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries.Perform reconciliations ? track and correct financial discrepancies by collecting and analysing account information.Conducts monthly closing which includes accruals, bank reconciliation, financial reports and validation of AR and AP accounts.Prepare Federal Tax Authority (FTA) compliant tax invoices.Prepare payment vouchers.In-charge of collection follow-up to clients and releasing of payments to vendors/suppliers.Prepare and process monthly payroll through WPS based on duly approved timesheets and leave applications.Responsible with the Value Added Tax Return filing to the FTA.Prepare Financial Reports (Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Statement, Statement of Cash Flow and other reports) on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.Conduct year-end closing and liaise with external auditors.Act as Office Admin and HR.Qualifications:Graduate of Bachelor of Science in AccountancyCertified Public Accountant (CPA) is preferredKnowledgeable of the United Arab Emirates Value-Added-Tax Law of 2017.With 3-5 years financial accounting and reporting experienceProficient in Microsoft Office and Quickbooksu
