Roles & Responsibilities Operate fuel pumps efficiently, ensuring accurate fuel dispensing and preventing spills or overfills, prioritizing safety protocols. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, assisting with fuel selection, and processing transactions accurately and courteously, building rapport. Monitor fuel levels and maintain accurate records of inventory, promptly reporting any discrepancies or shortages to management. Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment, including pumps, hoses, and nozzles, to ensure proper functionality and safety.Desired Candidate Profile High School Diploma or equivalent; some vocational training is a plus. Possesses a valid driver's license; previous experience in customer service is preferred. Certification in safe fuel handling procedures and basic first aid/CPR is a must. Demonstrates strong customer service skills, effective communication abilities, and a friendly demeanor.
