? Excellent in handling Cash registry and POS system? Ensure cash handling policy is implemented effectively? Follow safety & security standards? Strictly adhere to restaurant marketing plan ? Ensure maintenance programs are implemented? Implement work environment & team moral programs? Coordinate with restaurant manager to raise restaurant staff moral & reduce labor turnover? Ensure restaurant exterior & interior are clean & well maintained ? Implement restaurant administrative & tracking paperwork? Ensure ordering, receiving, storing of restaurant, supplies, materials are implemented as per concept standards? Report any work obstacle, accident, equipment or work place damage, insufficient supplies or any exceptional incident to restaurant manager ? Perform restaurant opening/shift change/closing cleaning managerial dutiesCheck & ensure restaurant area exterior & interior always clean & tidy as per cleanliness standards? Handle customer complain in coordination with restaurant staff as per concept policy ? Maintain personal hygiene & grooming of his/her uniform? Could be assigned any extra tasks by restaurant manager as per work needs? Oversee all front house restaurant operations? Project future needs for goods, kitchen supplies, and cleaning products order accordingly, oversee health code compliance and sanitation standards, looking for ways to cut waste and decrease operational costs, generating weekly, monthly, and annual reports, training new employees and provide ongoing training for all staff, attend meetings with Management? Possess excellent communication & hospitality skills and a proven ability to ensure that all customer expectations are met during restaurant experience and provide amazing hospitality to guests? Conduct daily pre-shift and post shift briefings to employee's on preparation, service and menu in the absence of the outlet manager. ? To maintain thorough knowledge of standard policies &procedures regarding cash handling, check-writing, credit cards, city ledger and customer ledger. ? Assist in the training of the employees report for duty punctually wearing the correct uniform and name badge at all times.
