? Develop and maintain sales materials, current product knowledge, offers and discuss available options? Establish and maintain positive business and customer relationships with current client and potential client.? Coordinate shipping schedules and delivery of merchandise and services.? Weekly report on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, ways to improve sales and potential for new products and services to respective departments?
