Bachelor DegreeBackground and working knowledge of Offshore Support Vessel or Marine Operations is preferable.Good knowledge of offshore equipment, systems and associated regulationsStrong background in accountingStrong background and experience in marine coordinationMinimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills5 years of experience in offshore operations and related activities within the oil & gas industryJOB PURPOSE:Responsible for the coordination and administration of Fleet logistics requirements, requisitions, maintenance and documentation work within team environment to effectively manage the day-to-day requirements of vessels assigned to each team.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:Liaise and enables delivery of vessels provisions, spares, and other supplies as well as service & repair orders.Maintains database containing operational capabilities to ensure up to date information and recordsAdministers and archives monthly records, logbooks, and other documentation received from fleet vesselsAssigned to a Vessel Management Team, assisting Superintendent?s with Vessel Administration and Coordination.Maintain Marine Calendar and Weekly Planning during operations.Enter requisition data into the System for procurement processingCoordinate with the respective Fleet Planner on requisition processing.Coordinate and enter data for the initiation of Work Service Orders.Coordinate with the respective Fleet Planner on Work Service Order processing.Responsible for the receipt of vessel monthly reports.Responsible for the transmittal of vessel fleet correspondenceFollow up delivery of vessel requisition items with Material Management and Procurement DivisionFollow up on other Fleet Administrative matters as directed.Daily tracking of Fleet Noon ReportsMonthly tracking of provision and cleaning items budget
