A minimum of 5 years experience as aService or Instrument Engineer in a process control environment with aparticular emphasis on commissioning and start-up of Flame and Gas detectionsystems (devices and related systems).Pro-actively work withcustomers to grow our Sales & after-sales business. Support our project andSales team when required.Your sphere of influencemay also include, but may not be limited to:? Carry out supervision of installationand commissioning, fault analysis / investigation and repairs on RosemountFlame & Gas Products? Use diagnostic tools and software toassist with installation / commissioning / on-line fault rectification? Demonstrate, calibrate and retrofitthe Emerson range of F&G devices? Compile service Reports / Time Sheetsand Obtaining customer sign off for work undertaken? Liaison with Business Unit s GlobalEngineering / Manufacturing centers? Support Service Job Planning forService and Training jobs? Support sales activities with requiredsupport, like surveys, and customer meetings.? Coordinate with Local Business Partnerand clients.? Coordinate warranty, maintenance &repair activities for Return Material Authorization.? Support service and sales leader todevelop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensuresattainment of company sales goals and profitability.? Provide field operations support tocustomers in accordance to with the terms of the customer contract andAMC.? Support sales to visit customers,consultants, end users and transmitting our technology expertise to them.? Support service and sales leader toprovide customers with timely price quotations, sustainable products andlatest technologies best designed to meet the customers needs.?
