The purpose of the role is to beresponsible for day to day transactions in financial books (ERP in accordance with internationally accepted accounting standards and ensure the compliance with Companys policies and procedures. You will also plan and prepare the various transactions in Financial Account Unit which includes General Ledger, Cash Management, Revenue Accounting, Payables, and Supply Chain Management. Accountabilities:. Prepare and pass Accruals, prepayments reconciliations and monthly JVs to facilitate timely preparation of monthly financials, and coordination of salaries and payroll entries in coordination with Etihad payroll . Timely managing Accounts receivables in SAP (OneConnect system basis to ensure timely invoicing), AR Invoicing and adjustments /collections. . Prepare Monthly Management reports (GRP, Cash flow & Bank Balances, Bank reconciliations . PO verification & contract management -with correct allocations , Payable administration in SAP and review of payments . Balance sheet reconciliations and related schedules , including intercompany accounts reconciliations . Administrating SAP System /ERP transformation, Internal control, Audits (Internal & Externa) . VAT reconciliation, submission as per FTA guidelines, corporate taxes Education & Experience . Graduation - Bachelors/ Professional courses on Financial Management . Post holder must be able to demonstrate a sound knowledge of finance planning/financial reporting gained over a period of not less than 5 years.
