Finance Manager - 15+ years of total experience in Finance, Accounts, Auditing, and Statutory Compliance across industry verticals. Quality experience in preparation and finalisation of Books of Accounts, encompassing preparation, maintaining accounts payable and receivables, balance sheet, bank reconciliation statements, ledgers, etc. Proficient in designing and implementing financial systems, costing systems and procedures to facilitate internal financial control, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with statutory accounting standards. Well versed with modern accounting systems. Proven ability to contribute towards improvement in operations, business growth and profit through achievements in financial management, cost reductions and institutionalisation of internal controls. Good in Accounts, Financial/ Fund Management, Auditing/ Statutory Compliance, for Large scale companies.
