You will be working closely with the Track Leaders and the CCO to monitor and maintain control of revenue, expenditure cycles and Key Performance Indicators. You are responsible for overcoming the new financial risks and challenges that have evolved in the modern environment by designing and producing timely financial and analytical reports to increase the speed of doing as well as expending business activities across profit center Tracks. You will bring your expertise on financial | accounting | procurement trends and future capabilities to deliver differentiated, transparent quality insights to different parts of the organization and to make the most of new opportunities as well as help to provide exceptional customer service by working closely with all Track Leaders. You will evaluate and assimilate critical financial information to reach conclusions and recommend to the CEO & CCO clear decisions to achieve business results and successful audits. You will take your strong interpersonal communication and analytical skills to connect with Track Leaders | Track Teams | partners | suppliers and to unify solutions, reduce complexity, drive transformation as well as to add value to the brand culture. You will be asked to report and demonstrate comprehension on quality variances between budget forecast and actual concurrent budget | the achievements of cost control and cash-flow position in line with the needed support for our brand identity and the qualitative way The Bridge customers will be interacting with the progressive world tomorrow. Creates innovative solutions in finance and accounting operations to switch from traditional focus into design driven analysis, real-time metrics and key components business monitoring ? Provides scenario planning, advance forecasting, determines the best course of action, integrates fully into overall management processes and policies ? Reviews financial and legal documentation to verify synchronicity and accuracy as well as adherence to financial regulations and principles? Sets up procedures to comply with national and local emirate financial | procurement legal requirements by studying existing and upcoming regulations? Provides advice on strategic interventions by using tools such as predictive modeling, digital assistances and self-service reporting to focus on business-facing analysis ? Constantly challenges and modifies own practices and the practices of vendors in their supply chain to become more socially responsible, environmentally responsible and improves transparency as well as develops strategic value-aligned long-term partnership | ACCOUNTING ? Establishes and enforces proper accounting methods, policies and principles? Meets financial accounting objectives; evaluates, develops, and improves department controls, systems, and procedures thus increases accuracy and efficiency? Continuously tracks inventories, cash flow, sales, purchase requests, orders, stock balance and provides real-time insights into the organization ? Overcomes the challenges associated with the four V?s of Big Data | Volume | Velocity | Variety | Veracity by accessing data to forecast purchase trends, cut costs and streamlining processing? Uses digital technologies to automate financial operations, uses cloud-based ERP | Enterprise resource planning to become more standardized and efficient ? Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents and reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting as well as analyzing account information| INTERNAL & EXTERNAL CUSTOMER SATISFACTION? Combines technology, streamlines financial and purchasing operations to deliver insights and keeps Track Leaders | Track employees connected and informed as well as delivers guidance and hands-on support when required? Elevates the importance of visualization and tools to keep The Bridge stakeholders well-connected, well-informed and aligned with the company vision, mission and goals? Understands the importance of great front-end customer experiences thus, recommends or develops viable empathic solutions for problems and situations| SUSTAINED LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT? Formulates and establishes sustainable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to the Finance | Accounting Department? Collaborates and connects with Track Leaders | Track Teams to unify solutions, delivers financial information proactively to help Teams understand the big picture while managing the day-to-day financial details? Understands business and technology, connects as well as builds systems that interact with one another to operate faster and more efficiently; identifies opportunities to automate transactions processing into systems-based solutionsPOSITION REQUIREMENTS| EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE? Bachelor?s Degree in finance, accounting, business studies or related required field ? A minimum of eight years of progressive leadership experience in Finance | Accounting positions with clear career progression and demonstrable results? Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office, MacBook and financial management software?
