Leading all aspects of the operation and managing the event including setup, service delivery, and post-event closure. ? To ensure cost-efficiency in line with the budget, deliver efficient service and smooth execution of the events.? Serving customers in a manner that enhances the business and image of the facility to support customer satisfaction and sales growth.? Ensuring compliance with government relations, adhere to company guidelines, policies and standard practices.? A minimum of 2 or 3 years? experience in a similar role or as Head Waiter/ess Level in well-established Hospitality Industry. ? Relevant experience in banquet operations / outside catering/restaurant ? Knowledge/Familiarity in Micros POS system is a plus ? Experience in Management and Leadership roles ? Financial Reporting (Preferable)Job Type: Full-timeSalary: AED5,000.00 to AED9,000.00 /month
