The position will report to EVP, Secure Solutions based in Abu Dhabi.In this role, you will:? Create required technical content including deployment guides, reference architectures, technical white papers, presentations, videos, and demos? Drive technical enablement for sales and partners? Create POC reference plans and work with solutions architects and sales to enable them to operate and maintain? Support tradeshows, conferences, analyst activities and other events with product presentations and demos.? Responsible for enhancing the service portfolio, service monetization and streamlining the interlock with Sales, Partners and Solution Development? Partner with Product Managers in identifying customer requirements and user experience to identify and prioritize goals? Drive success of customer trials by assisting Beta customers with understanding and configuring new product capabilities.? Mentor, develop, and lead direct reports and teams to advance skills sets and assist them to achieve their career goals.To bring your dream to life, you will need:? 12+ years of experience as a senior leader of Solution Engineering? Experience developing security product? Strong customer orientation; Able to listen, communicate, organize, and champion key initiatives and projects? Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field; Master s Degree, or other relevant graduate degree is a plus? Excellent communication skills? Excellent leadership, negotiation, and persuasion skills
