We are seeking to hire Event Organizer/Event Planner.Job Description: ? Meet with potential clients and book onsite and offsite events. ? Conduct site visits whenever required? Work closely with customers and offer competitive party packages to the clients? Manage entire events from organizing till execution like Party room arrangement, parking, arrangement of gifts clowns, gifts, game prizes etc.? Being available on site for specific VIP events and manage Clients expectations? Provides timely reports regarding performance, sales, results, customer feedback, and other related issues.Job Requirements and Qualifications: ? Proven experience as an events planner or organizer? Impressive portfolio of previously managed events? Excellent time management and communication skills? Sales skills and ability to build productive business relationships? Ability to manage multiple projects independently? MS Office proficiency
