Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) from tender drawings and specifications. Prepare accurate cost estimates for civil works related to water and wastewater infrastructure projects. Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations. Perform rate analysis and cost comparisons. Review tender documents, identify project risks, exclusions, and assumptions. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and commercial teams during the tender stage. Support the preparation of technical and commercial tender submissions. Assist in value engineering and cost optimization proposals.Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering with MOHESR equivalency. 4?7 years of experience in civil estimation for water and wastewater infrastructure projects.Preferred ExperienceExperience working with EPC contractors on utility infrastructure projects for clients such as ADSSC, TAQA Water Solutions, SEWA, EWEC, or similar organizations will be an advantage.Skills Hands-on experience estimating one or more of the following:Water transmission pipelines Sewerage networks Pumping stations Water Treatment Plants (WTP) Sewage Treatment Plants (STP) Reverse Osmosis (RO) plants RCC reservoirs and associated civil structuresStrong knowledge of quantity take-offs, BOQs, rate analysis, and tendering procedures.Ability to interpret civil and structural drawings and technical specifications.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD. Experience with estimating software is an advantage.UAE/GCC experience is preferred.
