Employment: Full Time Job Duration: Permanent Employment Enterprise Risk Management Manager up to 65k For A Leading Financial Services Company in Abu DhabiJOB DESCRIPTION:Conduct annual reviews of the risk policy statement and risk management processes including annual review of risk profile of the companyDevelop policies and procedures to identify, assess, mitigate, monitor and report risks as part of the risk management framework.Plan and monitor the execution of initiatives to create risk awarenessReview the enterprise wide risk register and key risk indicators instituted for the purpose of continuous monitoringFacilitate Risk Assessments with Risk Champions or Head of Departments to evaluate the department level risk and controls. Coordinate the development of remediation plans (as applicable) in line with the risk management frameworkReview the risk management annual plan, regularly monitor the implementation to ensure adherenceReview and ensure timely availability of periodic reports for audit and risk committee on the status of key risks and the status of managements implementation of mitigation plans REQUIREMENTS: HIRING COMPANY: Financial Services CompanyWORK LOCATION: Abu Dhabi, UAEAVAILABILITY: Can join immediately (max 1-month)EMPLOYMENT TYPE: PermanentCANDIDATE PROFILE:Open to any nationality, UAE nationals will be preferredMale or Female, 45 years old and belowEDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:Bachelors degree in Business Administration or any related courseMasters Degree in the same discipline will be preferredWith a minimum of 9 years of experience including 2 years of managing similar function, banking and finance industry experience will be an advantageMinimum 3 years of experience working in Risk Management/Risk Assessment and managing an Enterprise Risk Management teamWith professional certification from a recognized body (IRM, PRM, CA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent)Professional continuity certification from CBCP, CBCI, ISO22301, BS25999 will be an added advantageAdvanced level of Arabic / English proficiency, both spoken and writtenAdvanced knowledge in Microsoft Office and Account Operating SystemsStrong understanding of the UAE Laws and Regulations
