We are looking for Engineer, Lifting Equipment for Abu Dhabi, UAEMain Duties:? To ensure full compliance of safe Lifting practices in Onshore/Offshore base operation and safe cargo movement to and from offshore locations. Supervise and coordinate on lifting equipment safe operation with all concerned including offshore. Provide guidance and training on Lifting equipment Management systems and for continuous improvement.?Ensure and achieve containerization and pre slinging of cargoes reflecting international best practices. Closely monitor and supervise the activities of contracted personnel to ensure that their work is carried out correctly and to the required standards. ?Develop lifting plans for all routine & non-routine lifting operations. Develop work instruction for lifting activities and equipment?s to match best Industrial practice.?Train, develop, motivate and organize subordinates in order to achieve objectives.?Liaise with COMPANY offshore supervisors for any concern on the lifting equipment?s and lifting gears are in good condition for the intended purpose.
