Education Sales Consultant?s primary role is to meet with individuals (of all backgrounds and circumstances) who are considering a career change. The Education Sales Consultant must understand the specific motivations of each prospect in order to facilitate the prospect?s decision. He or she must also be able to explain the different job types and career opportunities available in the industry.Essential Job Functions: ? Recruit and Enroll Individual Students o Contact all marketing-driven leads via phone and email to establish interest and set face-to-face appointments. o Conduct in-person interviews/appointments. o Follow up with all appointments regarding the submission of application. Requirements: ? Prefer at least 2 ? 5 years of experience in a consumers (non-retail) sales role such as admissions representative, staffing recruiter, mortgage broker, or similar positions. ? Solid Sales knowledge and background in Six Sigma and PMP certifications? Strong oral and written communication skills. ? Detail-oriented regarding the management of multiple candidates ? Ability to create urgency for prospect decisions ? Self-starter personality; ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met. ? Adaptable to change, open to new ideas, open to taking on new responsibilities and adjusting plans to meet changing needs. ? Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. ? Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
