Under the supervision of the Project Manager/Authorized personnel, the Developer would be responsible to:?Design overall architecture, develop, debug, document and implement windows/web applications and/or components?Maintain quality and ensure responsiveness of applications?Testing, supports and/or installation of software applications and components?Utilize established development tools, guidelines and conventions including but not limited to ASP.NET, SQL Server, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and C#/VB.NET ?Gather and document business requirements, technical specifications and test plans?Participate in team meetings and code reviews?Adhere to Microsoft platform, standards, and best practices?Participate in personal growth opportunities and develop skills in new technologies?Enhance existing systems by analyzing objectives, preparing an action plan and identifying areas for modification and improvement?Hands on experience in Microsoft Tools and Technologies such as ASP.NET, C#, SQL Server, Reporting Services, Visual Studio?Experience developing MVC and Web Forms applications along with development experience on web, mobile and desktop platforms?Proficiency with fundamental front end languages such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript.?Ensuring responsiveness of applications?Proficient Experience with JQuery, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS, React, etc. and other similar web based technologies?Building, deploying, and scheduling reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) or Crystal Reports?Good knowledge of the .NET 3.5/4.0/and higher Framework, including ASMX and WCF Web Services, and ADO.NET. REST Web Services an added advantage?Experience in designing and working with n-tier architectures (UI, Business Logic Layer, Data Access Layer) along with some experience with service-oriented architectures (SOA)?Knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP), client/server and service-oriented architecture, software implementation best practices?Ability to troubleshoot and effectively diagnose and fix problems in applications
