Key Responsibilities:•Manage and control the flow of documents within the organization, including receiving, reviewing, filing, and distributing.•Maintain and update document logs, registers, and databases to track document versions, revisions, and approvals.•Ensure that all documents are properly archived and easily accessible to authorized personnel.•Control issuance of controlled documents, ensuring that only the latest versions are in circulation.•Assist in preparing, formatting, and reviewing documents, reports, and correspondence.•Ensure confidentiality and security of company records.•Support audits, inspections, and compliance checks by providing accurate documentation.•Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
