Diving crew selection for all Diving vessels required by IMCA regulation using knowledge of all Diving trades utilized by the company fleet. Create and monitor the divers? leave roster, ensure to utilize the personnel in full capacity, avoiding shortage of divers in stations. Mobilization and Demobilization of Diving personnel, making sure that contractual requirement is always met. Advance notification of crew roster and supply of any requested information regarding pre-and post-mobilization. Validation of divers? technical trade certificate, safety certificate, induction, residence visa, security and port gate passes prior to mobilization. Oversee diver?s movements ensuring that the correct cost coding is being met. Conduct technical interview to Divers authenticating the employees skills, verify experience and work knowledge base and matches resume. Confirming with issuing bodies certification and listed skills are genuine and accredited. Monitor and manage logistics regarding travel, accommodation, mandatory trainings and visa/pass applications. Custodian of section?s petty cash and responsible to prepare monthly reports. Develop and establish good working relationship with Diving team, Stations team leader and Station admins. Controlling and organize Diving office project documentation making sure that all documents are properly labeled and updated and sort out diving teams monthly reports received from stations. Create complete Diving personnel CV with required certification package for tender submission.
