Employment: Full Time Job Duration: Permanent Employment Digital Technology Manager up to 65k Aed++ for a Leading Financial Services in Abu Dhabi, UAELead development of software applications in line with specific requirements of internal and external user departments to facilitate process efficiencies and provide superior service to all stakeholdersDrive data analytics agenda to provide a competitive advantage to the organization through delivering exhaustive, rich and actionable insights across its value chainOwn the strategy of the IT Systems and Applications section ensuring alignment to the overall IT strategyLead the development and implementation of department-wide policies with a focus on the Systems and Applications proceduresOversee all system and application-related vendor interactions and play a key role in negotiating vendor SLAs for the sectionManage budget tracking for the systems and applications section and communicate the requirements on time to ensure the delivery of necessary software support to the employeeMaintain health check reporting and be readily prepared to provide necessary updates to management regarding the operational status of the IT functionOversee and manage the development and maintenance of system and application documentation (BRD, ERD, Design Documentation and User Manuals)Work closely with the Business Development department to ensure effective development of products and services (insourced and outsourced)Conduct DR and failover testIdentify opportunities to enhance Enterprise architecture, integrate big data analytics and business intelligence in business operations andOversee and manage the evaluation of IT-related proposalsSupervise the timely execution of troubleshooting activities with minimal distributions to the end-users for application and system problemsOversee the development and update of systems and applications ensuring that the development/modification is done as per the needs of the usersSupport the implementation of security controls and standardsLead the data analytics to ensure generation of actionable insights across decisions pertaining to products and services offerings, customers and overall organizational initiativesOversee and manage the review of internal and external Audit Observations REQUIREMENTS: Open to ANY nationality, preferably UAE nationalMale/Female, 45 years old and belowBachelors Degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science or Computer EngineeringMasters Degree is a plusMinimum 8 years of experience in a related role, banking and finance industry will be preferredPMP Certification and Programming Certificate are a bonusExtensive experience in people management (least 3 years in a managerial role)Proven experience in IT project management.Proven experience in handling IT systems and applications functionAdvanced level of Arabic and English Languages (Written and spoken)
