Lead dedicated Design teams, Allocation of staff to design teams to smooth work output to plan, Agree Team work plans, Cost effective design, Ensure all work in accordance with company standard practice, Material selection within tender stipulation, Initial project Analysis on handover from Commercial department highlighting all critical areas, Concept drawing accuracy and adequacy, Performance Mock Up drawings, Organize performance Mock Up, monitor and guide during installation; attend test with full report of incidents, Comprehensive Shop drawings and timely revision, Complete Material take off to Project Plan, Material Optimization to phased production, Phased ?Bill of Material? release for efficient purchasing and production, Fabrication drawings, complete with ?Bill of material? and assembly details, As built drawings, Submittal programs & logs, Timely issue of all related documentation to programme, Liaison with PPC for timely release, Liaison with Production for 1st batch approval and general information, Liaison with QC Manager and his staff, Liaison with client representatives as necessary, Ensure effective liaison between site and design for all design related queries per Project, follow up and resolve as necessary, Ensure up-to-date drawing registers for the Project Management Team on site, Be aware of and report tender variations in a timely manner.
