Conduct Risk : To put the interests of clients and the integrity of the market at the heart of the way you do businessPrincipal Duties/Responsibilities? In absence of GM, provide leadership, guidance and support to the team as required and ensure alignment between with business and group objectives.? Actively develop own local market knowledge in order to identify new opportunities.? Apply group placement strategy on New Business enquiries? Work with Client service/relationship managers to support achievement of branch budgets and assist Sales team as required to deliver required terms from the market place.? Actively seek and secure new business opportunities for WTW, including through cross selling of broader WTW service offerings? Work in close coordination with the various Global Specialities within AFW / WTW so as to utilize the Group s expertise in the desired line of businesses as and when need occurs.? Credit Control? Adherence of self and team to all compliance and business processes including WEM? Review of renewal business for adequacy of coverage and competitive rates? Develop relationships to create, enhance and maintain effective relationships with carriers, clients, placement team and producers/sales and resolve conflicts as needed.Future Responsibilities:? Once confidence established in the local offices and team structure has been completed, the following will apply:? Manage daily operations and staffing issues for office as appropriate.Required Qualifications, Skills, Knowledge, Experience? Strong relationship experience both carrier and client? Previous team management experienceQualifications:? Degree? Recognised insurance qualification , ACIISkills:? Knowledge and understanding of local, regional and International Insurance Markets?
