JOB PURPOSE:Capturing the well operation events and data from daily operations. Preliminary screening and uploading/reporting the data in electronic database. Highlight any incompliance and brief data gathering supervisor.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES?Capture well operation data from operators in the field and various reports & Forms. Prepare the daily Oil, Water & Gas injection/Gas lift figures and forward the report to Production & Well Integrity Surveillance Supervisor.?Update and report strings status for oil, water and gas injection and capture the event of closing and opening.?Update production/ injection loss data base in order to feed the process of Capacity enhancement/ management.?Load the pressure and temperature for oil strings and report to PEUZ.?Follow up and provide Wireline data requirement for DH pressure surveys.?Confirm and update the flow tests result from FCC, and highlight non-conformity to Production & Well Integrity Surveillance Supervisor.?Create work requests in Maximo.?Prepare intermittent strings weekly report.?Prepare monthly GBT report and update H2S measurement.?Collect the annulus survey with pressure data and highlight non conformity to Production & Well Integrity Surveillance Supervisor.?Forward Well Integrity Management reports (WIMS) to site Well Integrity Engineer and highlight non-conformity to Production & Well Integrity Surveillance Supervisor.?Collection from FCC daily exception data for oil, water and gas and report to the concerned departments.?Daily plotting of Oil & Gas injection pressures & temperatures. If any discrepancy found, it is brought to Supervisor's notice.?Check and confirm that monthly oil samples for all available production strings on stream are collected before dispatching to Onshore LAB.?Typing & distribution of Daily PRD field program & Field Transportation preparation for the next following day.?Distribution Permit To Work copies for HSE & FCC and filing of Permit To Work on the following day.?End of the day distribute Exceptions & Field daily program & Field daily Booking.?Prepares Monthly report at the end of each month.?Updates Oil & Water Potential and availability at the end of each month.?Miscellaneous jobs as instructed by supervisor.
