Provide information on available tests, sample requirements, pricing, and standard turnaround times

Assist clients with sample submission procedures including documentation, labeling, and delivery instructions

Schedule sample pickups and coordinate with field technicians for site visits as requested

Log client requests and sample information into the laboratory information management system

Track testing progress and provide status updates to clients as requested
