Greet customers, complete necessary rental information, offer rates, terms and conditions of rental and obtain customers signature while using effective techniques to encourage customers to utilize our value added service. Rent out cars on daily weekly and monthly basis to walk in and corporate customers. Organizing Fleets for all reservations and walk in clients. Check cars physically on daily basis for Physical Conditions, Cleanliness and verify the Fuel Level and Mileage. Handling the Reservation online and Email for all walk in and Corporate Customers and arranging the vehicles accordingly. Taking care of the Service Due and Repair vehicles and transferring such fleets to workshop for immediate service and repairs. Responsible for the daily activity of counter and has to maintain files and records and update the same in CMS / ADPS.Receive telephone calls and handle customer related issues. Direct other phone calls to appropriate personnel or take messages and responding to customers queries and complaints. Maintain and update rental agreement files, contract and notify customers of overdue rental vehicles and ascertain the expected date of return and process rental extensions. Qualify each customer using our company rental requirement guidelines. Provide customers assistance with directions, maps, local area information, appropriate service information, etc. Review rental parameters with all customers to ensure a complete understanding of our rates and service charges. Ensure that the return date and time on the rental agreement is accurate. Review all charges at the time of vehicle return. Prepare the Rental Agreement Folder with all required information.To follow Line Management strictly and report directly to Counter Supervisor and Branch Manager.
