Job Description

We are currently working with a reputed Investment Management Group based in the ADGM who are looking for a seasoned paralegal to join their legal team. This role has excellent career progression potential and a very welcoming environment.Key requirements:

  • Must be currently based in Dubai or Abu Dhabi with at least 5 years of regional experience working in-house or a law firm in a corporate department.
  • Excellent Excel, Word and Outlook skills
  • Experience with corporate commercial law and contract law
  • Experience with M&A transactions
  • Experience reviewing general commercial contracts, NDAs and other similar agreements
  • General understanding of KYC/AML compliance requirements and documentation
  • Experience dealing with UAE and Abu Dhabi/Dubai regulatory agencies related to company formation and management, including ADGM & DIFC
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Generally strong computer skills and the ability to learn and use new technology
  • Strong research and communication skills, including writing short reports based on research
  • Paralegal certificate/degree from recognized institution
