Job Description:- Managing the Abu Dhabi Legal Team- Review and Negotiation of Contracts/ LOI/ PO/LOA etc. as per company internal policies- Drafting of Contracts and other legal documents including notices- Discussing and finalization the contracts with Sales Team to expedite the signing of contracts- Advising different stake holders in contractual disputes and other legal matters- Supporting the Group Legal Manager on contractual disputes and other critical legal matters- Adhere to company policies and procedures- To perform any other task related to the Job as and when assigned by the Department ManagerJob Requirements:- Must be graduate of Bachelor in Law (LLB) and or Engineering Studies- Between 5 and 10 years experience in contract management in construction environment- Proven experience with all forms of contracts (FIDIC, JCT, AIA etc)
