A fast growing EPC company is looking for a Contracts Manager (Construction/EPC background).The candidate should have Engineering (civil/Mechanical) degree with atleast 10-15 years experience in managing contracts for utility/Infrastructure/ Oil & Gas projects in GCC / India. Contracts Manager will be involved in all aspects of contracts; He should be able to understand contracts that are complex in nature and perform a wide range of activities and assignments on a daily basis, including change orders, stop notices, construction claims, subcontractor qualifications and agreements, and many others. Prepare all legal documents and work with outside counsel as needed. Establish and update all records of correspondence. Communicate professionally with a variety of third parties.
