Commercial & Contract engineer shall be Responsible for the management and cost estimation of one or more project EPC contracts, participate in the review, negotiation, and negotiation of the EPC contract business part; be responsible for risk management and claims management, etc., responsible for one or more Subcontract negotiation, signing and contract management of test and inspection projects such as design, commissioning, operation, small EPC, etc.; responsible for pre-tendering of subcontracted projects in existing market areas; Responsible for the preparation, improvement, and supervision of standard documents such as GCC project subcontracting model and standard engineering quantity list; guiding and supervising the subcontract management of IPP and IWP projects.May also be involved in change control management, cost analysis and earned value and productivity, measurement/analysis.
