Review the ITP, Paint specification, Batch Certificates and MSDS. ?Material inspection and Ensure the Materials are as per the relevant specification ?Verifying the calibration certificates for the test instruments, gauges etc.?Checks and records Atmospheric conditions prior to painting operations. ?Witnessing Blaster & Coating applicator qualification?Inspect the surface preparation and ensuring the Profile/Roughness as per the Specification. ?Inspect Pipe line FJ coating and ensure the HSS application meets the requirement of ITP?Inspect Fire Proof Coating and ensure the application meets the client?s requirement?Inspect Blasting & Painting process to ensure the process meets the procedure & specification?Perform various Tests Before and After Blasting& Painting to ensure the coating process meets the Client?s requirement.?Inspect Primer, Mid & Top coat application in each stage/phase to ensure no paint failures.?Prepare daily & Weekly Reports and attending weekly meeting with Contractor &Sub-contractorCertificationNACE Level II ?ADNOC Approved Inspector ?AWS - CAWI
