DescriptionClient ProfileOur client is a rapidly expanding technology consultancy and we are recruiting an experienced Cloud ERP Consultant to join their Abu Dhabi engagement team to develop and nature client relationships through project and risk management, sourcing new revenue opportunities and providing exceptional account management support.Role SummaryCollate client information related to business processes and technology infrastructure and working closely to with the technical teams to develop functional and process designs, business process mapping, prototyping, testing and training.Prepare sales presentations, business requirements and scope documents, workshops and training materials and provide software solutions training and coaching to clients.Essential Skills & Experience Required5+ years Gulf region, preferably UAE, business development and account management experience in cloud-based software, ERP or CRM systems with proven ability in exceeding annual revenue targets with at least 3 complete project lifecycles.Project management skills with the ability to collate client information related to business processes and technology infrastructure.Expert knowledge of CRM, ERP and cloud-based softwareEducationBachelor s Degree preferably in Computer Science or Computer EngineeringPMP or PRINCE2 certification is mandatoryCandidate ProfileCurrently living in the United Arab Emirates.Fluency in English must be able to read, write and speak fluent English.Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work independently to design, configure and document ERP solutions.
