Roles & ResponsibilitiesSupervise all daily site operational works as directed by SE/PE.Assist the Site Engineer/Project Engineer in the co-ordination and performance of related activities such as foundation layout, form works, concreting, masonry and bricklaying, carpentry, plumbing, fixing of floor and wall tiles, plastering and painting, etc.Ensure diligent use of materials and reduce material wastage at site.Supervise work crews to best utilize manpower and materials, exercise discipline at the work site to prevent absenteeism, unsafe work practices, idleness and tardiness.Ensure that all site works are delivered as per the program.Ensure that work crews are properly supplied with tools, equipment and materials.Handle and resolve disputes amongst workers, concerning company and work related matters.Ensure adherence to company safety and QA/QC procedures, regulations and strictly enforce them with the workforce under his responsibility.Monitor and oversees labour attendance and productivity.Desired Candidate ProfileDiploma-Civil/High School plus Vocational Training Certificate. Minimum 10 years experience of which at least 5 years as Site Foreman in a contracting company, preferably in UAE. Experience of handling industrial, commercial and residential building projects.Competent to deliver high quality finishing works and able to lead, control and manage a group of 40 to 50 workers. Direct them to perform assigned task, achieve productivity and deliver results.
